24 Drawer Antique Spice Cabinet/Box/Cupboard/Apothecary/Chest/AAFA
This is a wonderful antique 24 drawer apothecary cabinet. It measures 27 3/4" wide, 14 3/4 tall, and 8 5/8" deep. Not sure what the original use for this cabinet was, but it has a great look. It has all the original wooden knobs, a few are chipped or missing pieces.
The last two pictures show the construction of the drawers. Originally, the drawers had no nails in the side and only tiny ones (last picture) in the bottom. But now most of the drawers have been reinforced with newer nails at various point in it's life.Six of the drawers have had the bottom replaced with masonite board. This is a heavy piece and in overall sturdy condition with all the drawers working. PLEASE NOTE: Because of new state laws taking effect. Antique spice cabinets make wonderful Christmas gifts!
