Made with lots of love. This is a genuine antique dresser with a matching, distressed, antique mirror & matching, skeleton key.

All locks are fully functional. This dresser has been newly refinished in real, rusted copper, patina. The dresser has been sanded down, stained & then painted with an antique, copper, oxidizing paint. A rust accelerator has then been applied to the copper painted portions of the dresser.

The rust accelerator reacts to the metal, copper particles in the paint creating an actual patina rust finish on the wood. The dresser is not painted with a rusted look to it. There was no green paint used on the exterior of this dresser. The colors were achieved through the copper paints oxidizing process. The finish is an actual, rusted copper, patina. The dresser top & bottom drawer face have been done in a paisley, floral lace pattern on stained wood. The entire dresser has been sealed with a polyurethane finish from top to bottom, inside & out, for added durability.

The dresser drawers all have their original, fully functioning, antique locks. The dresser comes with a matching, skeleton key. There is a tiny spot carved into the wood, on the back of the dresser, where the skeleton key can be hidden while not in use. You can see this secret hiding spot pictured in the photos here. The dresser has dovetailed drawers.

The original drawer bottoms had warped with age & so all drawer bottoms have been newly replaced. The bottom drawer, on the underside of the very back portion, (not visible unless you pull the drawer out completely & turn it over), has also been mended so that the drawer sits evenly as the wood had previously been worn away.

The floral drawer pulls have been done in an antique, rusted, copper finish to match the rusted portions of the dresser. The matching, distressed, antique mirror attaches to the back of the dressers frame. This antique dresser is in excellent condition, weathered to perfection, with tons of understated detailing.

This is a very unique, one of a kind piece, done with lots of time & attention to detail. Dresser top - 41.5 x 19.75. Top drawer faces - 17.5 x 6.25.

Lower drawer faces - 36 x 8. Mirror & frame w/out posts - 32 x 26.5. Mirror w/ posts - 40 x 34. Mirror frame - 1.5.
