Offered for sale is a Beautiful Ethan Allen British Classics Bombe Chest with Woven Drawers. This chest is item #13-9535 in the #261 Cardamom finish. The chest features hand-carved bamboo motif on the front perimeter rails, turned feet and a carved "gadrooned" edge on top. The steam-bent drawers have a woven rattan front and solid brass drawer pulls with leaf and bamboo motif. The drawers are serpentine convex shaped. This gorgeous and rare chest measures 34.5" wide x 20" deep x 33.25 high. It is in excellent overall condition with the exception of some fine finish scratches on the top and a few more noticeable dings/scratches when viewed in direct lighting. The drawers are clean inside and slide well. Overall it is a gorgeous bombe chest! This furniture comes from a non-smoking home.
